Hide'N'Seek Suggestion ( The server )

Hello again,
It's Star<'3, admin/blockmaker of the HnS server.
I hope the server will get on soon, so I can start building.
I've got some suggestions and I'll list them up right here, It is what the server needs. I hope some admin or coltX could upload them. If he doesn't I can try to help him.


Maps:
-De_dust2_remake
-De_dust2_1337
-De_dust2
-De_nuke
-De_inferno
-De_cbbl
-Cs_assault

Adds:
-Weapon change, contents: every round you've got a change to get a weapon.
For example, you spawn: You got an usp with 1 bullet (6% change)
-Rockthevote mod, contents: after about 5min playing you can type "rtv". If 60% of the people in the server type it too, you can vote another map.
-Mapchange in 15-20min. Being on a map for like 30-60min is far too long. People will get bored and leave the server.
-Freeze-your-self&enemy smokes.

Blockmaker abbilities:
-Hook, it's not really important but it would be nice if I could use it. I would build much faster. In maps like Cs_assault.
